		<description>Thanks for the valuable information. I had just woke up, and was lying in bed when I began to feel a weird sensation like dizziness overcoming me. I began to slightly panic.  After approx. 20 minutes, I sat up. I became extremely dizzy and immediately had to lie back down. After another ten minutes, I was OK. I had done Kundalini Yoga for approx. 2 1/2 hours the previous night.  I suspected the yoga had something to do w/ it.  You confirmed my suspicions.  Thank you! I feared having to call 911. Now, I know it's not an emergency.</description>
